10 Hubert Place – 7 Bedroom House

"I stayed at 10 Hubert Place last year and i enjoyed the stay. If utilities ever broke someone came out to fix it quickly and the location was perfect by the town centre. "

"The location of 10 Hubert Place was brilliant, just a short walk from the middle of town and the bus stop which came in very handy when needing to go onto campus. Secondly the house itself was very nice perfectly clean upon arrival and the layout was nice with a good sized kitchen and living room. Thirdly whenever we had any issues or complaints they would be dealt with extremely quickly which is a very important aspect I believed."

"Service was excellent. Whenever we had a slight problem it was never longer than a day that somebody would be round to fix it. It was not awkward to ring or contact if we needed to – we did not feel as though we were being ignored. Rent payments were excellent compared to other companies, even when two of our housemates left for the year there was not a pressure for a quick solution. Would highly recommend."
