It has always been a very popular house and many groups over the last 38 years have stayed for their 2nd and 3rd year in the house. Each bedroom can fit a three quarter or double bed. The house features a modern kitchen and lounge (containing a 50” TV) with recently refurbished flooring, a bathroom with a power shower and a Jacuzzi bath! There is contemporary furniture throughout. It is also complete with free washing/drying facilities as well as unlimited fibre broadband already connected for when you move in. There is free car parking on the street.

The first eight weeks rent is half price, meaning that you have the option of storing your belongings or can have a place to stay over summer!

This property is situated on a quiet street with the great advantage of free parking. It is approximately 100 metres to the bus stop for Lancaster University and University of Cumbria. There are views towards the Castle and the Priory Church and it is a short walk to the quay.

"I have lived with Yellow Door Lets for 2 years. The service from them has been amazing. If there was ever an issue within the house, someone would be round to fix it that day. We once had an issue with the boiler on a Sunday afternoon and the engineer came out that evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and all emails and messages were replied to quickly. The properties themselves were well kept, clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed renting from Yellow doors and would still be with them if they offered 2 bedroom properties."

I was amazed at just how quickly the issues were tackled, as if we were the only house the company rented.
