45 Golgotha Road – 6 Bedroom House

"I lived at 45 Golgotha Road for 2 years during my time at Lancaster University and truly loved the house. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a student housing company as I had heard negative things from students in the past. Yellow Doors Lets wonderfully surprised my housemates and I as we only ever had positive experiences with our accommodation. We moved into a newly decorated 6 bedroom house and quickly learnt that the staff of Yellow Door Lets were trustworthy, reliable and more than happy to help with any problems we had; with quick response times too. We felt safe and well looked after as tenants so decided to stay at the same house for two years! As a student I would highly recommend Yellow Door Lets as I felt like they truly cared about students and their wellbeings. My parents also felt happy with me living there."

"I would struggle to come up with any negatives of my experience as a tenant with Yellow Door Lets. The house we moved into had undergone a complete refurbishment over summer and was a very pleasant surprise when I moved in. Any time we had a problem the experience was the same: our email would be responded to within a few hours maximum, someone would be round to look at it either on the same day or the next day, and the problem was resolved without hassle every time. On top of solving all our issues, all the staff were very friendly and never gave the impression that we were bothering them. After hearing horror stories about other students’ experiences with housing companies, I was very nervous about renting for the first time, but these worries were unnecessary as being a tenant with Yellow Door Lets was a completely positive one."
