Yellow Door Lets is who I’ve recommended to any student looking for accommodation in Lancaster. Whenever there was a problem, no matter how small, the Landlord often visited personally to get it resolved same day. A very friendly and helpful company which is refreshing in the renting industry.

"I have had absolutely no complaints over the two periods in which I lived in a yellow doors’ house, as any issues we had were resolved very speedily. We initially had an issue with the ethernet in one of our rooms, however this was resolved within 2 days. In addition, rent payment dates were generously flexible around our student loans, which made a massive difference for us in a very stressful period. Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend Yellow Doors to prospective student tenants, as my experience with Yellow Door houses in my 2nd and 4th years at Lancaster University was far better than with university accommodation and another local student housing company. Thank you to Wayne and Gordon for treating us fairly and with respect throughout our tenancy."
