My experience with yellow door lets was overall Fantastic! The house was brilliant, clean and a good size. The maintenance team were friendly and responded to our needs when things broke or needed replacing. Additionally, the staff over email and in person were very competent!

Yellow Door Lets really made renting a student property easy this last year with fast responses and good communication. Any minor issues were resolved the next day, for example the microwave had a small amount of rust inside and was replaced immediately at no further cost to us. I found it extremely helpful having termly rent reminders in the form of a letter to my family home and Yellow Door’s acceptance and flexibility that on occasions I had to wait until my loan could come in before paying rent. Even their occasional visits to check the property was accompanied by an email a couple of days previously, which helped with organising who should stay in the house and what to expect. Overall, thank you for such an easy year with accommodation!"
