4 Meadow Street

It was honestly pretty great. Any issue that we had was solved promptly, any time a viewing was scheduled or someone had to attend the property we were notified with enough time. You let us keep a cat at a student rental, that it's rare for landlords to be that understanding and compassionate (the cat is doing great by the way). Everything about living here was awesome, and the yellow door lets team have been absolutely wonderful. It truly felt like housing made for students, it never felt like a cash grab off young people who don't entirely understand how the housing system works - and they are much better than other student rental companies we've been with in the past. If I could change one thing, it would be that we were told that some walls + ceilings would be painted at the start of our tenancy and it never happened, as well as a mould issue being addressed by simply being told to wipe it with bleach. If issues with the house could be put in writing after a property check is conducted as to not leave tenants in the dark about what would happen, that would be ideal. But honestly it's a minor nitpick that would make the already awesome team even better.
