"My house with Yellow Door Lets was a great place to live. The landlords were always quick to fix any issues and were easy to get hold of so I had peace of mind that we’d never have any problems. The house felt secure and modern – at 4 Westbourne Road the giant basement living room with big TV was a particular asset. Renting with Yellow Doors was very simple from start to finish – they are always available, helpful and friendly. Thanks guys!"

Yellow door on a whole always made sure our need were met. Wayne and his staff always seem friendly from sending us the contract allowing us time to review and send it to parent it before hand, to coming out and replacing damaged or broken stuff even on weekends! Yellow door made sure if anything was reported they would see to it that day meaning you didn’t have to worry about the situation getting worse.

I’ve been with Yellow doors for two years and have rented two properties with them! When we arrived both houses were in immaculate condition and everything was furnished to a really high standard! The wifi was always really consistent with strong signal which wasn’t expected as there were nine of us in the first property! The office are also so welcoming and lovely, as were the employees who showed us around the properties. Unlike other Lancastrian letting agents, the yellow doors team are also very, very quick at responding to issues and queries and made our time in Lancaster a very smooth, comfortable and fun one! Would recommend to any student looking for great accommodation!

I have had a wonderful experience living on Westbourne Road the last couple of years. The Yellow Door Lets team are incredibly supportive and readily available any time they are needed. The house was spacious and well-managed, and truly felt like a home. I appreciate the good communication they have had with us as tenants, and recommend YDL to anyone looking for high standard accommodation.
