This house has a lounge, large dining kitchen with a dishwasher and two shower rooms, all of which are newly fitted for 2018. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you arrive.

The first eight weeks rent are half price, meaning that you can store your belongings or have somewhere to stay over summer!

St. Oswald Street overlooks Bishops Walk at the University of Cumbria and the bus stop for Lancaster University is just at the end of the street. There are several shops, pubs and takeaways nearby and the city centre is just a short walk away. There is also free parking on the street outside the house.

Having spent three years with Yellow Door Lets I can whole heartedly recommend them. Whenever we had a problem like a broken washing machine etc they responded immediately and replaced everything to a very high quality and were always really friendly. I’ve heard some horror stories from other letting agencies that were not so efficient so I’m very glad I went with yellow doors!

his is my second year living in a yellow door let’s house and I have already signed for my house next year during my masters. I have found living in a yellow doors house to be a really good experience!! There is never too much to ask, anytime anything needs fixing, changing or sorting, there has been a quick response! In my first house, we had some boiler issues which were sorted within 2 or 3 days, meaning we didn’t have to worry about it. We have also had furniture replaced when needed and that is always pretty much within the same day as contacting yellow doors.I have also been offered various payment plans to help me with paying the rent in a way that suites me which is something I haven’t heard of happening with other letting agencies. Yellow door let’s go above and beyond to help.
