"This is my second year living in a yellow door let’s house and I have already signed for my house next year during my masters. I have found living in a yellow doors house to be a really good experience!! There is never too much to ask, anytime anything needs fixing, changing or sorting, there has been a quick response! In my first house, we had some boiler issues which were sorted within 2 or 3 days, meaning we didn’t have to worry about it. We have also had furniture replaced when needed and that is always pretty much within the same day as contacting yellow doors.I have also been offered various payment plans to help me with paying the rent in a way that suites me which is something I haven’t heard of happening with other letting agencies. Yellow door let’s go above and beyond to help. "

"I would definitely recommend Yellow Door Lets to any student! The staff are well organised, fair and efficient! The houses are all of an extremely high standard – however – if we ever had any issues they were often rectified within 24 hours. In one instance they sent a maintenance team to our house just 1 hour after an issue was reported – on a sunday! Yellow Door Lets go the extra mile to provide an excellent services to their tenants!"
