The house features a comfortable lounge, a large new dining kitchen, two bath/shower rooms and two toilets. It also includes a garden – maintained by our own gardening team – perfect for summer barbecues, and is complete with free washing/drying facilities as well as unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in. There is free parking on the street outside the house.  The property is situated 100 metres from the entrance to the University of Cumbria and the bus stop for Lancaster University is just outside the house.

17 Bowerham Road (£135 pw) – This is a three storey terraced house with five bedrooms, each of which can fit a three quarter or double bed. The house features a brand new dining kitchen area with new beech style hard flooring and new carpets throughout the building, as well as a comfortable lounge, and a shower room with toilet and another separate toilet. There is also a useful bike shed outside.
