"I rented with Yellow Door Lets in my second year, and I am very glad that I did! As this academic year took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, myself and my housemates knew that we would face some difficulties. However, YDL have been nothing but supportive and efficient during this time. They were very respectful when our house was taking viewings for the following year; they kept us well informed of the date and time of every visit, and ensured that everyone who came into our house was wearing a mask and respecting the guidelines. This made us feel more at ease and proved to us how trustworthy YDL are! Whenever we had any maintenance issues, our requests were acknowledged almost immediately, and the issue was often fixed later that day. During our first month in the house, we faced a personal and stressful situation, but YDL were very supportive and communicative in helping us resolve this issue, which we were all very grateful for. You really can go to them about anything.

Overall, living with YDL gave me a positive and comfortable space during a wild, unprecedented year!
