They have a lounge, large recently fitted dining kitchen, WITH A NEW SHOWER ROOM and second shower room and two toilets. Most of the bedrooms can have 4ft or 3/4 beds. There is a large garden ideal for summer barbecues. The house is five minutes walk to the city centre and bus stops for Lancaster University and the University of Cumbria. Unlimited fibre broadband internet service is already connected in all bedrooms for when you move in.
