The Railton (Flat 1) – 5 Bedroom Flat

"I rented the Railton Flat 1. The rooms themselves and the facilities were fantastic, everything was in working order for the whole year and there were no issues with utilities or cleanliness. The staff responded to any queries in a timely manner and any issues (there were very few), were quickly resolved. The cleaners were lovely and did a great job in the kitchen and bathrooms. "Yellow Door Lets have been fantastic this year. I haven’t heard of any other company that responds to maintenance requests as quickly and efficiently as they have. One highlight in particular was how our rent due date was just a few days shy of student loans coming in, and after being made aware of this, were very flexible in receiving the rent that term. We also decided as a flat to extend our rent for an extra week, due to term time end dates not matching up and they were very helpful and accommodating throughout that process. Cleaning of the rooms prior to moving in was fantastic and the communication around the moving in/out stage was very prompt and useful. One of our flatmates sadly had to leave university due to illness only 2 weeks prior to moving in. Yellow Door Lets really helped us with finding a replacement flatmate, but also allowed us choice on who we chose to live with. We had really reasonable rent considering we all had ensuites, mini fridges, a microwave and a cleaner in each room! Only negative I had was not knowing when or if the deposit was going to be returned. But we all received the full amount back in a check in mid July. Thanks!"
