This is a four bed penthouse flat with gorgeous views over the city. These luxury studio style bedrooms have a smart TV, double bed, fridge, microwave and en-suite shower room. This bedroom is very spacious; at 18M²it is larger than most campus/purpose built rooms in Lancaster. The flat also contains a large kitchen/lounge area complete with 50″ TV and even a dishwasher. The Railton has a lift, a bike store and a private court yard for tenants. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband (up to 80Mb) readily connected for when you move in.

The Railton is situated just across from the railway station and is a 2 minute walk to the city centre. The bus stop with bus routes to Lancaster University is just approximately 50 metres away.
