"One of the biggest positives of staying at a yellow door lets property, was the staff involved and service provided. By this I mean: I had confidence that any issues I had would be quickly responded to and a solution would either be finalised or arranged within the following few days. There wasn’t the stress of not only having problems with something with accommodation but also landlords not replying in a reasonable time – which I know some of my friends have had to deal with elsewhere. I also think one of the benefits of YDL’s was the flexibility in paying rent, they were understanding of the fact we are students and we get our loans on varying dates, so we might not be able to pay on time, but know we would when our rent did come through. Again, another big stress avoided. Overall, the property was in a good location and had good facilities."
