The Railton: Purpose built flat with 7 en-suite bedrooms
This is a seven bed second floor flat. These luxury studio style bedrooms have a smart TV, double bed, fridge, microwave and en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are spacious; at 15M² they are larger than most campus/purpose built rooms in Lancaster. The flat also contains a large kitchen/lounge area complete with 50″ TV and even a dishwasher. The Railton has a lift and a bike store. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.
The Railton is situated just across from the railway station and is a 2 minute walk to the city centre. The bus stop to Lancaster University is just approximately 50 metres away.

"Here is my feedback on flat 4 at 2 Station Road, LA1 5SJ. The flat was a perfect opportunity for me to live with six friends but still have my own private room and bathroom. The spacious living room and kitchen gave us the chance to get together and cook or just hang out. I also appreciated that every Monday and Thursday a cleaning lady came to clean the living room and our bathrooms. All in all, I had a good time living in flat 4 for a year."

I want to emphasise the exemplary service of the Yellow Door Lets team. Wayne was our man for everything. Whenever we had the tiniest problem, he was always available to help and fix the problem as soon as possible. Oftentimes, he was able to solve the issue within a couple of hours, if not the next day.Furthermore, I would like to mention the great service of Wayne and Yellow Door Lets in advance of moving into the flat. It was a pleasure staying at one of the flats of Yellow Door Lets, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to study in Lancaster and looking for accommodation."
