The bedrooms are spacious; at 15M² they are larger than most campus/purpose built rooms in Lancaster. The flat also contains a large kitchen/lounge area complete with 50″ TV and even a dishwasher. The Railton has a lift, a bike store and a private court yard for tenants. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.
