"I would definitely recommend Yellow Door Lets to any student! The staff are well organised, fair and efficient! The houses are all of an extremely high standard – however – if we ever had any issues they were often rectified within 24 hours. In one instance they sent a maintenance team to our house just 1 hour after an issue was reported – on a sunday! Yellow Door Lets go the extra mile to provide an excellent services to their tenants!"

I couldn’t recommend yellow door lets enough!I rented with yellow door lets for three years whilst studying at Lancaster University and it was the best decision I ever made. Having lived in two different properties by yellow door lets, I have a lot of experience with the letting agency! Everyone who works for yellow door lets is very friendly and helpful! By the end of my three year experience I considered them friends! Whenever something needed fixing or managing, they were a phone call away. Both houses I stayed in were very clean and safe! I am very happy to have rented with yellow door lets for three years!

"I rented with Yellow Doors for my final year at Lancaster having rented with another Letting Agent the year before. The difference in service provided by Yellow Doors was so much better and professional. Overall the service provided was very efficient and of high quality. The Yellow Doors staff were receptive and attentive to any problems and queries raised during my tenancy. Issues raised were attended to quickly and without fuss. As student tenants we were never made to feel like a burden; rather we were treated as valued Yellow Door customers and our safety and comfort was paramount. Invariably, problems happen in multiple occupied houses with heating and water supplies and getting these mended quickly is critical, especially when the weather is bad in the winter months. Our house also had issues with prospective viewings of our property which kept being cancelled because the viewers never turned up. Because of the disruption caused, as a goodwill gesture Yellow Doors sent the house bottles of beer and wine. This was a lovely gesture and much appreciated by all of the house. This was a typical measure of how Yellow Doors treat students as valued tenants like anyone else. I was also impressed with how Yellow Doors protected my deposit and returned it after conducting the necessary inventory and inspection. My experiences with other Letting Agents has been that they have used any opportunity to eat into my deposit and retain as much as possible. I therefore highly recommend Yellow Doors as a student Letting Agent."
