"I lived with Yellow Door Lets in both second and third year, after a great experience in second year. Any issues were quickly sorted and suitably dealt with, usually within a day. I would highly recommend Yellow Door Lets to all students after the friendly and helpful service we received."

The experience I had was amazing. The house was well set up and we were made to feel very welcomed with the housing company. If there was any maintainable that needed doing or anything we needed changing, the service was extremely quick and really helped us have minimal stress throughout our final year at university. Would highly recommend.

My experience with renting with Yellow Door Let’s was entirely positive. I wish that we had found them in our second year as we had a nightmare rental situation in the house we previously stayed in. But the difference between that year and our third year in the YD let was polar opposites. From being able to move our things in over summer, to the ease of being able to get in touch about any issues, it was such a weight off to know that any problems we could have dealt with. We had issues sometimes with our boiler which was entirely a maintenance problem but we they responded so quickly and had people out to check on it very often- a necessity when it’s winter in Lancaster. Furthermore, the house had really good amenities as the kitchen was well kitted out for the number of us there were, the TV was one of the best we had seen in any other houses we looked around also, and the washing machine both washed and dried (rare). Overall, the experience of letting with Yellow Door was a hugely positive one. It allowed you to not have to worry about landlords who were just looking for reasons to take your money and deposit. Also, the house was great for us all and provided us with space and comfort so there’s not much you can ask for.

I have been a tenant with Yellow Door for two years and wanted to say a big thanks. They have been very supportive with any faults and issues and responded quickly if there was ever a problem. Super friendly landlords who are always happy to help and were understanding of student financing timeframes.
