This house is very large with 2 new bathrooms, two separate toilets, a large lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is even a mini common area on the top floor! There is a large south facing garden – maintained by our own gardening team, perfect for summer barbecues, which is very unusual in city centre properties. The house is complete with free washing/drying facilities as well as unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.

The first eight weeks rent are half price, meaning you can store your belongings or have somewhere to stay over summer!

This property is only a two minute walk from the city centre and railway station. There are bus stops close by for Lancaster University and University of Cumbria.
