Studio 4, 2 Westbourne Road

I’ve been with Yellow Doors for two years now and would thoroughly recommend them. They provide some of most spacious student properties in Lancaster, especially their studios which I have lived in one with my partner for two years. Their staff respond to any issues efficiently and quickly, making renting with them easy and enjoyable. All the staff I have encountered are friendly and supportive. Furthermore, they keep rent affordable which shows they have students in mind.

Yellow Door Lets have been very attentive with any maintenance work we have needed and have always responded quickly to any issues I have. They have also been very helpful when it comes to rent and have allowed me to pay weekly when necessary for me. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed nearly 2 years of living in a Yellow Door Lets property!

Renting with Yellow Door Lets provided a sanctuary for me during a whirlwind of a university experience. Where the work demand was high, renting with them didn't add to the stress at all! I was able to begin my MA year with a clean home environment, and continue this standard throughout the months, thanks to the efficient response from Yellow Door Lets whenever I had a query. They genuinely care for, and tend to, your quality of student life, and deliver a service that prides itself on support and enthusiasm. I can't recommend them enough. University can be heavy, and these guys take some of the weight off.

"I have let with Yellow Door Lets for two years in two different properties. The first was a stunning 6 bedroom house, situated in a quiet area of the city, near Ashton Memorial. The house had excellent furnishings and had been maintained well, despite the property being fairly old. Anything that required repair during our tenancy was rare, but when it did, a repairman was there within 24 hours, every time. The second property was a studio near the train station. This new-build was brilliant quality and, again, excellently furnished. The area was close to town but no noise, even with the train station being so close. Being in a studio meant we had our own kitchen and bathroom, this was brilliant as a couple as we didn’t have anyone else to worry about. Overall, Yellow Door Lets have been outstanding. Their customer service, care of their properties, and great value for money is why I let with them for the second year."
