Yellow Door Lets was always quick to respond and provided solutions when I came into the office to disclose a housemate whom I no longer felt safe around.

"I really enjoyed staying in a yellow door lets property last year. They are kept in great condition with improvements made throughout the year. The response rate for issues was fantastic with problems being either fixed or responded to often within a day or even on the same day as they were raised. I would recommend Yellow Door Lets to any student wanting to live in Lancaster."

"Moving off campus can be a daunting experience however, Yellow Doors Lets made it less so with their friendly and helpful staff. The house tours I have received from them have been really useful and allowed me to get a proper sense of the houses I’ve ended up living in. After a year of living in one of their properties, I decided to rent another for my final year due to their efficiency with dealing with any issues, big or small, we had in the house. I also appreciated our landlord coming around sometimes just to see how things were going with everything, giving me the sense that my flatmates and I rented from people who actually cared about us and the quality of our living."
