Living with Yellow Door Lets in my second year was great, and working as a House Viewing Assistant in both my second and third years was such a good experience. The team was really friendly, and it was a nice way to gain some work experience while studying. The house was well looked after, and I’d definitely recommend them to other students who are looking for accommodation outside of campus.

"I stayed in a house with Yellow Door for the last 2 years and I can’t thank them enough for all the help and support that was shown throughout this period. I’m sad to have moved out of a Yellow Doors property as it was without a doubt the best place I could have spent my final 2 years in Lancaster. On a final note, I think it shows how good Yellow Doors is that 2 of my housemates have carried on renting with Yellow Door Lets for a third year. I couldn’t have asked for more,"

Being a tenant of Yellow Door Lets meant living in a high-quality house where most issues would be promptly fixed. The team are very understanding and are willing to work with you with any issues you may have. Just make sure you take care of the house and you won’t have any problems.

Living in a Yellow Door property was an easy and stress-free process. Wayne and Lewis were always quick to respond to any queries and all service/maintenance issues were usually sorted within just a few hours of contacting them. Both the moving in and moving out processes were painless, I think this is one of the few lettings agencies that understands and actually accommodates students as their clientele.
