Throughout my time renting with Yellow Door Lets they were excellent at communicating with me, and make sure that my property was well-maintained. Any issues were quickly resolved and only helped demonstrate how wonderful they are. Thank you :)

My time renting with Yellow Door Lets was pretty positive overall as the level of service and support from them was great as they were always quick to respond to any issues or queries. In the majority of cases we had somebody around the next day, no questions asked, even if the issue had only been raised the night before. The staff were always friendly over phone and email and were super flexible with rent payments and rent reminders, especially for those with student finance. Furthermore, Yellow door is one of the few providers that offer us reduced rent during the first 8 weeks of the contract, which was a welcome discount too! Our house was cleaned to a good level, fully furnished and even had gigabit internet which was incredible after having had pretty impressive internet during my time on campus. The inclusion of bills in the listed price was a nice addition and added peace of mind especially since we were all moving out of University halls for the first time. Overall, I would definitely recommend Yellow Door Lets to students seeking quality accommodation, especially for those just moving out of halls.

We were very grateful to live in one of your properties, where every single problem or issue wasn’t too big or too small. Every time we emailed/rang about a problem, it was fixed within 24 hours, and anything we needed replacing was always replaced immediately. I just wanted to thank you for being a great landlord, and making the last two years in your property relaxing and enjoyable.

I lived at 45 Golgotha Road for 2 years during my time at Lancaster University and truly loved the house. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a student housing company as I had heard negative things from students in the past. Yellow Doors Lets wonderfully surprised my housemates and I as we only ever had positive experiences with our accommodation. We moved into a newly decorated 6 bedroom house and quickly learnt that the staff of Yellow Door Lets were trustworthy, reliable and more than happy to help with any problems we had; with quick response times too. We felt safe and well looked after as tenants so decided to stay at the same house for two years! As a student I would highly recommend Yellow Door Lets as I felt like they truly cared about students and their wellbeings. My parents also felt happy with me living there.
