My housemates and I enjoyed our time at Portland Street, Lancaster. The house was really well laid out and the open plan kitchen/living room was really sociable. Location was great. We were all in our final year so stayed in the house more. Maintenance and management were always really helpful and responded very quickly. It was great value for money, overall a great place to live with friends.

My 3rd year at Lancaster was a very busy year which was made easier by having no stresses about my accommodation. From previously having had a bad experience with a different student accommodation provider, it was refreshing to never experience any issues with Yellow Doors. Communication was fantastic, with quick and clear replies. There were times where Yellow Door went above and beyond when I know other companies would not have done the same. Their staff were friendly and approachable during viewings and maintenance. You could tell they had mine and my house mates best interests at heart. The property we lived in was spacious and had all the necessities. My only negative feedback would be about the cleanliness of the property upon first arrival. There were certain signs that a full deep clean had not been carried out with cobwebs and dirt in corners of rooms. However, this was only a minute detail. Thanks Yellow Door for ensuring there were no additional stresses in my final year of my undergraduate.

"I can honestly say that living with Yellow Door Lets has been amazing! Every concern that has been discovered was corrected pretty much the next day without fail. The landlords are extremely helpful and have been so consistently throughout the year. After reading negative discoveries online about other student letting agencies, I can without a doubt say that this does not apply to Yellow Doors. I personally look forward to spending my final year with you and, if it was anything like this year, it will be fab. Keep up the excellent work!"
