"I would just like to let you know how impressed I was with you as a company and your professionalism in general. I did not encounter a single problem this year which could not be solved by yourselves quickly and conveniently, something which I feel may be a rarity with Landlords/ladies nowadays. Staff were very professional and friendly all year round. I could not recommend Yellow Door Lets enough!"

"I really enjoyed my time in 5 Gregson Road. The place was very suitable for the 5 of us and my room on the second floor was just amazing with Teo windows and a lot of light. The temperature both in winter and spring were always perfect and the walls of the house always allowed the temperature to be stable. The kitchen was quite small but it did the job and the small area outside was great. The lounge is amazing. There is a lot of space with a massive TV to watch films and play games. Moreover, I want to highlight the professional service given by the staff of yellow doors in replying to emails and always being very available. Thank you!! I had a great time!"

My experience of renting with yellow doors was extremely positive! We had a couple of minor faults in the house over the year and they were fixed within 24 hours of being reported. The prices were very fair and the people in the office and the maintenance staff were all very friendly. Couldn’t recommend yellow doors enough!

Yellow Door Lets were excellent landlords. They always responded quickly and effectively with any queries or issues, and the rent price was excellent value.
