The first eight weeks rent is half price, meaning that you have the option of storing your belongings or can have a place to stay over summer!

St. Oswald street overlooks Bishops Walk at the University of Cumbria and is approximately 50 metres from a bus stop to Lancaster University – making it a great location for students at either university. The house is only a short walk from the city centre and is located nearby to several shops and takeaways. There is also free parking on the street outside the house.

Yellow Door Lets are a very reliable housing company that offers many houses that are what they say they are. It's great that you get discounted weekly bills for staying with them for another year. Another positive comment is that the response to any maintenance issues about the house comes with great haste and help. An example is the washing machine door not opening, after a quick email, Yellow Doors sent a technician over within a couple of hours to fix it.

I’ve been with yellow door let’s for 3 years now, coming into my final year with them. The most prominent feature that stands out about yellow door lets is the attentiveness of staff. Any problems that me and my flat mates have encountered over the three years, whether that be with internet issues or bits of furniture that need replacing, a simple text has sufficed. Always looking to please tenants by assuring the living conditions are kept to a high standard with a prompt response time. Thankyou!
