I have rented with Yellow Door Lets for the past 4 years across 2 different houses. In every year staff have been attentive to any issues we have raised. Rent has been affordable, even in central locations. I would highly recommend to any prospective student renter

For students looking to rent in lancaster, I honestly cannot recommend Yellow Doors highly enough! What stood out to me the most was how eager they always were to help out, if there were any issues at all in our home they would respond immediately and always send someone over or find a way to help out usually within a day or two! It was so nice knowing that if anything went wrong they would be there to help right away. All the houses are also kept to a very high standard, if necessary Yellow Doors were not afraid to replace a carpet or re-paint the walls if they weren’t up to scratch, the homes feel very comfortable, cared for and so easy to settle into! All of the employed student helpers are incredibly friendly and eager to help, as students they also understand what you’re looking for in a home and it makes the process of house hunting very exciting! The rent prices are amazing considering the standard of the houses, and it was another layer of comfort knowing that bills were included so there was no need to stress about paying for extra utilities bills. I had an incredible experience living with Yellow Doors for 2 years in Lancaster and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them!

I have received an overall positive time with yellow door lets, and the housing has generally been good. Although faults have been frequent they have been dealt with promptly and to a good standard. The email response to problems has been fast. I was also greatly appreciative about how flexible yellow door lets were with our tenancy agreements and dates when moving into our new flat this year. I am appreciative for my time with yellow door lets.
