We encountered several teething problems at 1 Dale Street, but the Yellow Doors team was prompt with repairs. Edgar and the repair team were always polite, lovely, and great to talk to throughout our two years with Yellow doors.

have found it incredibly easy to transition through houses due to a good system in place at yellow doors and also very accessible staff. When there's a problem the landlords are quick to send staff over and the problem is usually the sorted.

I stayed in a yellow door lets property in the 2023/24 year. Overall I found the service to be very good, anytime we made you aware of a problem it got resolved incredibly quickly, sometimes on the same day.

Rented with yellow doors this year in a 6 bed house, landlord was so helpful and responsive with repairs and questions for the entirety of the year. Upon moving in the house was in amazing condition and clean. Was also understanding to postponing rent due to student loans coming through. Would recommend to a friend.
