This is a four storey terraced house with six bedrooms, all of which can fit a 4ft or 3/4 bed. The house has a spacious dining kitchen WITH A NEW SHOWER ROOM, second shower room and two toilets. The house even has a large garden – maintained by our own gardening team – perfect for summer barbecues! Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.

The first eight weeks rent are half price, meaning you can store your belongings or have somewhere to stay over summer!

Windermere road is just five minutes to the city centre and nearby to the bus stop to Lancaster University and the University of Cumbria. There’s free parking on Windermere road – ideal for students with cars.
