This bedroom is very spacious; at 18M²it is larger than most campus/purpose built rooms in Lancaster. The flat also contains a large kitchen/lounge area complete with 50″ TV and even a dishwasher. The Railton has a lift, a bike store and a private court yard for tenants. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.
The Railton is situated just across from the railway station and is a 2 minute walk to the city centre. The bus stop with bus routes to Lancaster University is just approximately 50 metres away.
Moreover, what I also really appreciated was that if we had any problems during the year member of the yellow door lets team were always happy to help and the problems were fixed very quickly. And on top of that we were lucky enough to have the cleaners coming around 2 times a week which is very luxurious for students :).
So overall, I had a great time and would do it exactly like that again.
