This is a seven bed second floor flat. These luxury studio style bedrooms have a smart TV, double bed, fridge, microwave and en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are spacious; at 15M² they are larger than most campus/purpose built rooms in Lancaster. The flat also contains a large kitchen/lounge area complete with 50″ TV and even a dishwasher. The Railton has a lift and a bike store. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.

The Railton is situated just across from the railway station and is a 2 minute walk to the city centre. The bus stop to Lancaster University is just approximately 50 metres away.
