Living with Yellow Door was the best possible university housing experience. Whenever there was a minor issue, someone was sent round to fix it promptly. Every member of staff was friendly and carried out their work to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Yellow Door to anyone looking for student accommodation. Great company to work for and to live with.

Living at 19 Park Square was genuinely one of the highlights of my time as a student in Lancaster. The house was not only beautifully kept and full of character, but also incredibly well-maintained throughout the year. It truly felt like a home, not just student accommodation. Any minor issues we encountered were dealt with straight away—something that made a massive difference and really set this property apart. The landlords and maintenance team were always friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The house itself was in great condition—clean, warm, and well-equipped—and the location couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect balance of quiet and convenient, close enough to town and university bus routes, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better student home. I feel really lucky to have lived there, and I’d recommend 19 Park Square to any student looking for a stress-free, high-quality living experience.

I would like to just say that I have loved being in this house this year and a big part of this is yellow door let’s providing a great service and home. The garden also is something that I have enjoyed this year as not many other University properties have a garden as nice and big as we did. I have nothing negative to say about living in this house and send a massive thank you to yellow door let’s for their service.
