This is a three storey terraced house with seven bedrooms, most of which can fit a 4ft or 3/4 bed. The house has a spacious lounge, modern kitchen WITH A DISHWASHER. There are two shower/bathrooms and two toilets in the house. Free washing/drying facilities are included along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.

The first eight weeks rent are half price, meaning you can store your belongings or have somewhere to stay over summer!

Hubert Place is a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of space for free parking. The house is in a lovely location with views of Lancaster Castle and Priory Church. It is also ideally located approximately 100 metres from the bus stop to Lancaster University and the University of Cumbria.

10 Hubert Place.

Since my first year I have only stayed with Yellow Door Lets for my entire degree and it was the best choice I could have made, Simply the best thing about YDL is that they care about their tenants. I have never had a problem or issue with a house that was ever unaddressed. They have dedicated staff to make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. I often avoid recommendations, however, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Yellow Door Lets to any student.

10 Hubert Place.

The location of 10 Hubert Place was brilliant, just a short walk from the middle of town and the bus stop which came in very handy when needing to go onto campus. Secondly the house itself was very nice perfectly clean upon arrival and the layout was nice with a good sized kitchen and living room. Thirdly whenever we had any issues or complaints they would be dealt with extremely quickly which is a very important aspect I believed.

Hello, I wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone at Yellowdoorlets and specifically to Wayne who has been an extremely good landlord this year to us all at 16 Hubert Place. There has not been a single issue that Wayne has not been there to help us with and for that I am extremely grateful. I could not ask for anything more in a landlord.
