“I was absolutely amazed by how fantastic the Yellow Doors team was. I’ve been staying at 2 Westbourne for the last two years because I loved the flat so much – it wasn’t run down at all and was overall just such a lovely place to live. My experience with the team itself was also amazing and I am so grateful for that as I’ve heard horror stories from other students with different letting agencies!! Whenever there was an issue, someone would come and sort it very quickly, and the maintenance checks that were done at the end of this year really showed a genuine care for the people who lived there eg. our microwave got replaced because it was extremely rusty but it had still been working fine so we had no issue! All the people who we dealt with at any point over the last two years who came into the house for maintenance or we had to email for whatever reason were all so lovely too.  honestly can’t say enough about Yellow Doors, I recommend them to everyone looking for a house now! Thank you so much for making my experience of student living so fantastic and a whole lot easier!”
