Really good to be honest. This was my first experience ever with a landlord and it went smoothly. When we reported issues, the responses were quick and the fixes were effective. Edgar, Wayne and Luis are all really approachable and friendly. They were always there for us with issues and explained things that were new to me well. No malicious contact clauses or any red flags at all. I plan to return with yellow doors in my last year and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

I stayed with yellow door lets for 2 years and they’re a great student housing company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Any issues with the house were dealt with extremely quick and their staff are very friendly. A number of things did break during our time in the house, however they were quickly replaced/fixed so this wasn’t really an issue. We had a number of house viewings during our stay but were given a gift by yellow doors for the inconvenience. Thanks for being a great student housing company, there aren’t many of them out there.

Overall I had a very positive experience with yellow door lets for 2 years, Wayne always got back to us and helped fix any problems we had as soon as he could!

I just wanted to say that I thoroughly enjoyed living in a Yellow Door Lets house last year. The rooms were spacious, particularly the kitchen and I loved the amount of light in the rooms even in winter. Had no problems with the landlord or issues round the house, instead it was a smoothly run place. Hand on heart would not change anything regarding the house and loved my year there making some wonderful memories with great people in a fantastic building.
