This is a three storey terraced house with five bedrooms, all of which can fit a 4ft or 3/4 bed. The house has a recently refurbished dining kitchen with Dishwasher, a recently refurbished shower room with power shower, separate bathroom and three toilets!

Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.

The first eight weeks rent are half price, meaning that you can store your belongings or have somewhere to stay over summer!

St. Oswald street overlooks Bishops Walk at the University of Cumbria, and is just a short walk into the city centre. The bus stop to Lancaster University is approximately 100 metres down the road, and there are several shops and takeaways very nearby. There is also free parking on the street outside the house.

I've been staying with yellow door lets throughout my studies at Lancaster University and it has been the best accommodation for me. All facilities that I needed have always come with the properties I've rented and are accessible even to house of a lot of tenants. Whenever an issue has come up, the yellow door lets team have been quick to solve the problem thoroughly. Would recommend to any student wishing to live outside of campus due to affordable rent and good range properties suited to any number of tenats and needs required.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my year living in a Yellow Door Lets house last year. The service me and my flatmates experienced was extremely good; any issues we had were always responded to quickly, with them often being resolved the same day! We also had improvements being made to the house throughout the year such as a renovation of the kitchen over the Christmas break. Yellow Door Lets also offered the opportunity for tenants to earn money throughout the year such as part time employment vacancies. I would definitely recommend Yellow Door Lets to any students looking to find accommodation within Lancaster."
