I lived in a Yellow Door Lets property for my second and third year of University. As a University student, this was an excellent company to go with as the prices were incredibly fair and payments were scheduled based on loans. If there was ever an issue with the property, the landlord was always free to contact and resolved the issue almost instantly. Communication was always good and I thoroughly enjoyed living in this property.

Having used multiple letting agencies throughout my time in Lancaster, I found Yellow Doors to be by far the most accommodating and reasonable of any other. From reasonable rates, fast and friendly communication, and really helpful staff, particularly Wayne and Lewis, I was very satisfied with the company's professionalism. Have highly recommended to friends looking for accommodation in Lancaster as I could not have asked for much more.

"On the whole, Yellow Doors was the best tenancy agreement I have ever had, if we had a problem, we would call a member of the YD team and they would be round within the next 3 days. The state of the house, when we found it was tidy and rather pleasant, they were happy to accommodate us, by moving different beds around and fixing light bulbs and what not. I liked living with Yellow Doors and look forward to living with them again in the future."

I thoroughly enjoyed living with Yellow door let’s for a year. The team were super friendly. They were always quick with answering questions we had and resolving any issues. I would highly recommend.
