This is a three storey terraced house with five bedrooms, all of which can fit a 4ft or 3/4 bed. This house has recently been fully refurbished and has a lounge, large dining kitchen and two modern bathrooms. All bedrooms have matching oak style furniture. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you arrive.

The first eight weeks rent are half price, meaning that you can store your belongings or have somewhere to stay over summer!

St. Oswald Street overlooks Bishops Walk at the University of Cumbria and the bus stop for Lancaster University is just at the end of the street. There are several shops, pubs and takeaways nearby and the city centre is just a short walk away. There is also free parking on the street outside the house.

Having yellow door let’s as a landlord was brilliant they was so reliable, if there were any query’s or any problems with anything they would get it sorted as soon as possible. Where as I have been with other student accommodations, they are not even half as reliable and often took around 10 working days to get back in touch with you. It was the best thing moving in with yellow door let’s, as you also felt as though you was getting value for your money. As well as a sense or security if anything went wrong they would be able to sort it out as soon as possible which is usually the next day in my case.

I have lived at Yellow Door Let’s properties throughout my degree and they have always provided an excellent service. The staff are helpful and friendly and any issues that we had were resolved quickly and effectively. They were even very helpful when we had a couple of nightmare housemates. Thanks again for providing a quality service during my time at Lancaster University. My most recent accommodation was 57 St Oswald Street.
