Description

This is a four bed penthouse flat with gorgeous views over the city. Studio 2 is luxury studio style bedroom with a smart TV, double bed, fridge, microwave and en-suite shower room. The studio room is spacious; at 15M², larger than most campus/purpose built rooms in Lancaster. The flat also contains a large kitchen/lounge area complete with 50″ TV and even a dishwasher. The Railton has a lift, a bike store and a private court yard for tenants. Free washing/drying facilities are included, along with unlimited fibre broadband readily connected for when you move in.

The Railton is situated just across from the railway station and is a 2 minute walk to the city centre. The bus stop with bus routes to Lancaster University just approximately 50 metres away.

Flat 3, The Railton

Living in the railton for the last academic year was truly amazing. The flat is very modern, clean and in a very good overall condition. I really liked the comfort that everyone had their own bathroom and fridge. Also the living room and kitchen was in a proper condition. The kitchen was also well equipped as we had to stoves and ovens so it was also comfortable to cook with 7 tenants.
Moreover, what I also really appreciated was that if we had any problems during the year member of the yellow door lets team were always happy to help and the problems were fixed very quickly. And on top of that we were lucky enough to have the cleaners coming around 2 times a week which is very luxurious for students :).

I also remember that one washing machine got broken but within 2 weeks you organized a new one so that was also great!
So overall, I had a great time and would do it exactly like that again.
